1. Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item. Once confirmed, we will promptly initiate the after-sales process and arrange a replacement shipment.

2. Product Warranty

All products purchased from our store come with a 180-day warranty. If any issues arise during the warranty period, please contact us and we will assist you accordingly.

• Usage marks or natural yellowing over time
