Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in resellable condition and include the original product packaging.
How to Request a Return:
1、Take clear photos of the item showing its resellable condition along with the original packaging.
2、Email the photos and your order number to our customer support team at support@ubenkakushop.com
3、If your return request meets our policy conditions, we will confirm your request within 2 business days and provide the local return address.
4、You may use any local courier service of your choice to return the item. The courier must provide trackable shipping.
5、Once shipped, please email us the courier name and tracking number.
After the return package is received and verified by our local warehouse (within 2 business days), we will issue your refund.
Important Notes:
1、Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
2、Our warehouse will not accept packages sent with delivery fees unpaid.
